Information for speakers

First of all… Thank you!

Social Connections is a community driven event and it could not exist without its sponsors, its attendees and certainly not without its speakers! We greatly appreciate your contribution to making this a great event and look forward to seeing you in Chicago.

 

Events:

As a speaker you are invited to attend both the VIP event (Open only to speakers and sponsors) on Wednesday evening -> Register HERE

As well as the Gala event (open to all attendees!) on Thursday night -> Register HERE

Don’t forget to register as it is always a lot of fun and a great opportunity to network and socialize with other speakers/ attendees

Technical points:

Social Connections does not provide a laptop to present off. Please bring your own laptop.

Projectors in the rooms will be high resolution (Hdmi 1080p). Please make sure you have the appropriate connectors with you to connect with it.

Do not forget to bring a US power plug adapter if you require one.

We can not guarantee that there will be an option to play sound in your room. If required, please contact the organization.

Internet access will be provided

 

After the event:

Please send us your presentation as soon as possible after delivering it so we can upload it to the Social Connections slideshare account. It will be listed with your name and details and is very popular so a good way to gain even more traction on your session after the event!
